Solar
Program Overview

New Construction Incentives

The City of Ashland offers a variety of incentives to encourage all new homes to be as energy and water efficient as possible. In addition, the program is conscious of the health and safety of the environment and the future occupants of the homes.

Program participants may select from any of the individual measures for partial incentive opportunities or select all of the measures to obtain the full $2,500 incentive and for the home to be recognized as an Ashland Smartbuild home.

The city conservation staff are ready to discuss opportunities with you as early in the process as possible to ensure specifications of qualifying measures, even before plans are drawn and submitted.
